Payment and Shipping

Methods of Payment Accepted:

  • International Money Orders (U.S. Customers)

  • Personal Cheque
  • Cashiers Cheque
  • U.S. and Canadian cash

Please make all cheques and money orders payable to Marcie Dietrich.

If you should see an item or items that you wish to purchase or order, send me an email at info at monarchglass dot ca or call (1-519-867-8312) and leave a message.  Leave your name, shipping address and name or description/product number of the item(s) you're interested in, and I will work out a total price with shipping for you.  I will get back to you usually within 24 hours.  Please do not send me money via PayPal, until I have given you a shipping quote.

Please note that prices listed on my website do NOT include shipping.

Small items, such as the fairies and butterflies can be shipped for between $5.75 and $14.00 US, depending on the size and method of shipment.  In some cases, several of the smaller items can be shipped for less than $14.00 US. Email me at info at monarchglass dot ca for a quote.

I will ship within three days of receipt of payment on items I have in stock. Items not in stock can usually be made and shipped within two weeks. Custom orders take longer. Personal cheques will be held until cleared. Parcel will be sent via Canada Post. Insurance against loss is available.
